FBO Services
A man of few words, Matt has over 15 years of experience in the aviation world. Matt's expertise spans managing, towing, nurturing client relationships, organizing hangers, ensuring fuel quality control, conducting audits with vendors like Everest/One Sky, negotiating contracts with the CAA, and handling hangar lease negotiations. Matt is our trusted go-to professional!
With a collective experience of 12 years, our exceptional Line Service staff operates at the highest level of commitment, prioritizing safety, and professionalism above all else. Our experienced FBO Line service delivers a friendly, efficient and personalized experience on every visit. Our line technicians each wear a state-of-the-art two-way communications headset with our Unicom frequency set to 130.8. Join us for a live broadcast as you taxi in or out of the Air 7 ramp for real time marshalling instructions.
Our Customer Service team operates at the pinnacle of proficiency. They excel in greeting customers, welcoming new plane arrivals, and delivering outstanding customer service. Their performance is nothing short of exceptional!
Flight Operations
With a background encompassing Director of Maintenance and Vice President of Maintenance roles at various prominent management and charter companies, Greg has honed his expertise in process refinement and enhancement through multiple merger opportunities. Renowned for his proficiency in regulatory compliance and maintenance best practices, Greg has adeptly guided numerous maintenance organizations to achieve certifications from auditing entities such as IS-BAO (Stages I, II, and III), Wyvern, Argus, ACSF, EJM, and others.
As the Director of Operations for Air 7, LLC, Ben has been instrumental in driving the company forward since joining in February 2023. Drawing on his extensive experience from military service to airline operations and the corporate aviation world, he is dedicated to ensuring a safe and efficient operation. Collaborating with the FAA is one of Ben’s passions, as we work together to uphold the highest standards of safety and excellence in the industry.
Holding Airline Transport Licenses from four different countries, having flown and lived in multiple parts of the world both in airline and corporate arenas for nearly 30 years, aviation is definitely in the blood. Safety, compliance, and training are the benchmark for operational excellence to which we all aspire to. Currently flying the Bombardiers flagship Global Express 7500 to all points of the globe.
Pete started flying at 16 and hasn't stopped yet. After 20 years as an Air Traffic Controller in Southern California, he went on to fly for one of the nation's largest part 135 operator, where he served as a Captain, Training Captain, Assistant Chief Pilot, and the Air Traffic Program Manager. He has flown jets from small cabin to ultra long-range jets.
Isaiah has nearly a decade of aviation experience in the Southern California market. He is a committed business aviation professional holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As Air 7’s Assistant Director of Operations he strives to improve the business jet ownership experience by increasing dispatch reliability and operational compliance.
Administration
Bob Oliver brings over 40 years of diverse aviation experience to Air 7. With a background as a Senior Executive Manager and FAA rated ATP aviator, Bob has accumulated more than 21,000 flight hours in both military and civilian settings. Throughout his career, he's held various leadership roles including Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, Executive VP of Operations, President, COO, and CEO in several prominent aviation organizations.
A seasoned aviation leader with over 25 years of operational expertise, Cherie brings strategic oversight and Client Engagement to Air 7’s expanding brand and aviation client services portfolio. Holding a Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Multi-Engine Commercial pilot certificate, Cherie ensures client satisfaction through logistics strategy and organizational development.
Kris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry, establishing himself as a leading authority in specialized training for aviation personnel. With a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, global risk assessment, and international security protocols, Kris's multifaceted skill set, including his extensive law enforcement career as a defensive tactics and officer street survival instructor, along with experience as an instructor at the USC Aviation Security Program, positions him as a standout figure in the field of aviation security.
Kathleen is the glue that holds our accounting team together. She adeptly handles any task thrown her way, showcasing her exceptional skills. With over 7 years of experience, Kathleen embarked on her journey with Air 7 as one of our CSR's and steadily ascended to the role of accounting manager. Her unwavering dedication is a source of admiration for all within the company.
Delivering exceptional Human Resources experiences is one of Jazmyn’s passions! Although new to the aviation industry, Jazmyn's HR journey started in marketing. Her ability to adapt and foster unity within the team has always been one of her top priorities. Now fully immersed in the aviation world, she is thrilled to embark on a journey of growth alongside Air 7.
New to the aviation world, Elvira has taken on her duties in accounting by storm! She is a mom of 3, wife, and dog mom. With all the extra responsibilities she loves coming into work and grasping any new information that is provided to her.
